Custom Furniture Returns
Because our furniture is custom-made to your specific measurements and requirements, returns are generally not accepted. Each piece is created uniquely for your space and cannot be resold to another customer.
Defective Items
If you receive a piece that is defective or does not match the approved specifications, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will:
- Inspect the item to determine the issue
- Repair or replace the defective component at no cost
- Provide a full refund if repair or replacement is not possible
Measurement Errors
If there is a measurement error on our part that prevents the furniture from fitting your space as specified, we will work with you to resolve the issue. This may include:
- Modifying the piece to correct dimensions
- Creating a replacement piece
- Providing a refund if modification is not feasible
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your order before production begins for a full refund of any deposit paid. Once production has started, cancellation may result in partial refund based on work completed.
Warranty
All custom furniture comes with a one-year warranty covering manufacturing defects and structural issues. Normal wear and tear are not covered under warranty.
Refund Process
If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 10-14 business days to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
